I began my mortgage career in 2006, just before the industry faced one of its most challenging periods. Working through the mortgage crisis taught me the importance of looking beyond the numbers, understanding each borrower's circumstances, and finding thoughtful solutions to complex financing challenges.
In 2013, I began focusing more heavily on self-employed borrowers and others whose financial situations don't always fit traditional lending guidelines. Over the years, I've helped borrowers and Realtors navigate difficult scenarios by looking at the full picture, exploring alternative documentation, and structuring loans around each client's needs.
Today, with more than 20 years of mortgage experience and over 2,000 loans closed, my approach remains straightforward: listen carefully, explain the options clearly, and work to find a practical path forward.
